Zibibbo is the creation of Michelin-Star chef Adam Newell and his wife Nicola.

Zibibbo Restaurant and Bar was established in 2000 in the old Police Station building at 25-29 Taranaki Street, Wellington.

At Zibibbo our passion is fine food, well-crafted drinks and friendly professional service.

THE RESTAURANT
Located upstairs, our stylish 85-seat restaurant serves Mediterranean-style food. The open kitchen, with its large rotisserie and wood-fired oven, adds to the lively ambience. Friendly, professional staff strive to make your dining experience a memorable one, while our team of chefs consistently produce food of the highest quality.
Zibibbo offers an extensive menu including wood-fired pizzas, several vegetarian options, rotisserie dishes and our speciality; the Zibibbo Tapas Selection.

The restaurant is open for lunch Monday to Friday, from midday. Lunches in under an hour are no problem, and long lunches are OK too!

The restaurant is open for dinner Monday - Saturday from 5.30pm. A $39.50 Prix Fixe set menu is available for early dining. After the show enjoy coffee, dessert, supper or a nightcap.

The restaurant caters for small tables or groups of up to 90 people.

The Private Dining Room caters for dining groups up to 20 people.


THE BAR
Zibibbo bar and cocktail lounge is the perfect place for any social occasion, whether its a relaxing drink after work or a celebration on a grander scale. Zibibbo's friendly and knowledgeable bar staff will help you choose from our extensive cocktail list or from a wide selection of local and imported wines and beer. Be sure to try our house-cocktail Sangria.

Complimentary tapas are served in the bar between 5 - 7.30pm. Take a seat in one of our booths and enjoy a sample of what is available in the restaurant upstairs. In winter a fire warms the main lounge, in summer chairs and tables on the footpath allow dining or drinking al fresco.

Zibibbo bar is open midday, Monday to Friday and from 4pm on the weekend.


CHRISTMAS AT ZIBIBBO
Throughout December, our Christmas set menus are available. We can take group bookings of up to 90 for lunch or dinner and bar functions for up to 200.

During December, the Pol Roger Private Room is available for lunches or dinners at a fee of $100.

As December is an extremely busy time, we recommend you make group bookings as early as possible
